Member D.A.V., V.F.W., and Omaha works Flying Club. Preceded in death by
daughter, Tresa Ann Phillips. Survived by wife, Norma J. Payne; children and
spouses: Linda Fox, Rocky and Mary Jane Payne, Tammy and Bob Nash, Angie and
Tim Tichy; son-in-law, Don Phillips; 14 grandchildren; 6
great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Schwarting.
Visitation, 3 pm Monday, with family receiving friends 6 pm-8 pm at the West
Center Chapel.
Services, Tuesday, 11 am, Pacific Hills Lutheran Church. Interment,
Evergreen Memorial Park with military rites by Benson VFW Post 2503.
Memorials will be directed by the family.
